On the occasion of European Heritage Days at the Museum of the Queen of the Catholic will be a selection of the main materials that have emerged during excavations in two subsequent archaeological investigations ( the first in 2004, the last in summer 2010) have revealed an interesting segment of the ancient Roman nucleus.
The palazzo between Via XXIV Maggio and Via Carlo Marx, by convention called "Pritelli area", has uncovered a large area covered by structures are likely to be read in key productive and utilitarian, well connected to those the former Fruit and Vegetable Market Square, already known for years and visited, at the time interpreted as a resting place for travelers.
